Well it is finished – Ashley’s wedding quilt top that is! Whew! I really love it!! I am still working on the border options and then I can send it off to the quilter. I just thought I would share the finished top. The feeling of finishing a project is rewarding!
Okay here is the unveiling of the new blocks I am working on with the Make Life fabric from Sweetwater. I am using the block pattern my Mom brought with her. I am thinking I will sew three blocks together. Any comments? Any ideas?
While my Mom was here we made the rounds to several local quilt stores – our own version of a Shop Hop! I bought some of Hunky Dory by Chez Moi and Oz by Sanae along with some additional pieces to make some fall color runners. I couldn’t resist American Jane’s new line in a […]
Awhile back I bought these fabrics from Sanae’s Twiggy line. I have made two lap quilts – Nature All Around that are listed in my Etsy shop. Be watching for the Hungry Caterpillar quilt to show up in my Etsy shop. I made this quilt and actually several of these last year. One I gave to my niece and one I am keeping for a very future grandchild! I thought you enjoying seeing a preview. Happy Easter! Enjoy the weekend!
