instead of quilting these myself….so many of you had such wonderful advice!
I chickened out and took them to my long arm quilter!
I am so, so pleased with the results and even happier to have them quilted!
I have binding on both….but only this one is completely finished.
Just in case you wondered, I used purchased bias tape for the inner circle and ties. So…what do you think?? Off to finish up the other one and some Christmas gifts too….oh my! Happy Sewing!
These are just gorgeous! I think you made ALL the right decisions. I’m working on one too and have thought about using bias tape on the circle since it really won’t be seen. Or I might make bias binding for that part only.

I am never disappointed by anything you make. I really like the green and red one as we have traditional Christmas colours in our home.
