color me and a giveaway!

Color Me Retro!!  Have you seen this new line from Jeni Baker?? 

I had the privilege of meeting Jeni at Fall Market.  The Intrepid Thread is carrying this line, of course!  So now I am looking for ideas…..have any to share??  What would you create??

    I love the retro feel of those fabrics! I think I would create some really nice placemats (but then I don’t think I would allow anyone to soil them)… 🙂

    I love all of the kitchen ideas I have seen made with this new line. Maybe some potholders, coasters, or an apron?

    I also love Color Me Retro. Reminds me of things at my Great Gramma’s house when I was a kid, especially those flowers. 😀

    When I get some I’ll be making a quilt, and maybe a bag also.

    Beautiful colors, so fresh. I see them outside as a picnic blanket, or large throw/reading pillows. Anything you do with this line will be so pretty.

    Color me Retro is my favourite fabric line at the moment. I think it would look great in the kitchen – tea towels, pot holders etc, but also for bags/totes too.

    Love the new line. I think it would be great for a strip down some new kitchen towels. (Or maybe it’s just that I need some new kitchen towels and anything bright would be fun.)

    I think this line really lends itself towards the more retro sewn items, like aprons, teatowels, potholders etc.
    I think that a kitchen set would be great made out of this line. So many bright colours with really funky patterns.
