ag indigo and abacus + winner

hello Friday!
remember a bit ago…I shared a post on my Alison Glass indigo project??

so I trimmed up my indigo improv piece and added some abacus borders…

oh…I like it so much!!

did some narrow curvy quilting…

and then if your whole piece is done in Alison Glass fabrics…doesn’t it make sense that the binding should be too??

    What a pretty mini quilt!

    Best wishes and have fun with your WIP link party. I host a weekly Stitchery Link Party on Mondays for all things hand embroidered. It’s a lot of work but oh so rewarding and I’ve “met” so many talented and sweet bloggers because of it.

    Maybe you could award your scraps each week to a blog in the linky party. Though that could get expensive since we link up on a wednesday from all over the world. See you on Wednesday for the first link up.

    This is wonderful! I can look out my windows and see mountains and I love them best in winter. It’s what your quilt reminds me of. Great job!
