This week I treated myself to a “mental health” day! I usually have either my Mom or my dear friend come visit in the Fall and I get out to my favorite quilt shops. Well this year no trips are on the horizon, so I decided I would go because I needed some new inspiration! Oh my goodness! As you can see from the pic, I found plenty of great stuff. I found a few more pieces of the Fruitcake line to compliment what I still have of Figgy Pudding, the perfect two pieces from City Girl Holiday line to use up what I have and then…. a wonderful new line for Boys!!! I can hardly wait to dive into this Hooty Hoot line from Riley Blake fabrics! I feel in love with it. I have struggled to find some good boy fabrics to work with, but I think I am set now for a bit.
