I”m always drawn to polka dots. Love them for some reason. They would be adorable in a baby quilt. Thanks for a great giveaway.

What a fun bundle, and question. It always makes me smile when my sweetheart makes a pronouncement to me about what “our quilts” are like. It’s interesting, because although he has never stitched a stitch, he is involved in giving me color advice and helping me with layouts and simply helping me out when I feel as if something about a top is not quite right. Anyway, he has said to me, “Our quilts have polka dots; that’s one way you can tell it’s one of our quilts.” And he’s right–I (we) do try to slip in a polka dot print into even the most staid quilt if I can. It brings some whimsy and makes me smile.

If I had a bundle of polka dots like that, I’d probably just sit and play with them. ๐Ÿ™‚ I’ve always used dots for baby things and appliques.

Polka dots are sweet to me. Not sure why. I also think they’d be amazing in a set of spring placements, or summer placemats with some cool fruit fabric. Have a great Monday!
