I bought a book…

hello Monday!

I bought a book

last weekend when I was scrolling on instagram looking for some inspiration….I saw gogokim working on this amazing snail trail quilt! I have been smitten with doing that block for awhile. I was able to see that gogokim was using this book….so I bought a copy!

I have some pieces cut, ready to give this a try…I like having a couple projects that I am sewing at the same time to keep me motivated!

hopefully I will have a completed block to share next week….

Winter always seems to come too soon. Hopefully it will still melt away before the real season starts :). Looking forward to your new blocks – enjoy your sewing.

I love Kim’s quilt, so I can’t wait to a tour version! I’ve made the block a time of two for a BOM I made through a quilt shop. Word of advice – measure after each round you add. If not, it may grow and be too big.
