hello!
so…lately life has been a bit of a roller coaster…some highs and lows…
the thought of sewing just wasn’t speaking to me…so I walked away for a bit…
I was so delighted when Saturday morning dawned and I was excited to pull out these orphan blocks from a very long time ago….I am highly motivated to finish sewing up my idea…
I hope more than anything this will encourage you if your sewing mojo has escaped…give yourself some time…be gentle with yourself…life is full of seasons…

I pulled out an old UFO today too and cut the sashing strips for it. I changed my layout plans when I realized the first one I came up with would make the quilt 92 x 92. Way too big for me! 🙂

They are really nice blocks. Lay nice and flat too. Hard to get pinwheels to not have a bump in the middle. Great Job!
