hello Monday!
today I am going to begin a bit of a series on sewing up a pouf…
have you made one??
I am actually going to be making two of these…
each pouf will consist of two fabrics…
one pouf will be this combo…
and one will be this combo…
you will also need some batting and canvas…
I think my next step involves lots of cutting!
and here is the fabric scrap giveaway for the week…
spy something good??
Happy Sewing!
The grankids should love the poufs. No I haven’t made any. I spy pinks and oranges.
I haven’t made any poufs, but they are on my to do list. I have a work in progress playroom. I spy a pretty pink and white check print.
Haven’t made a pouf — I’ll be interested to see how it’s done. Love the scraps, especially the pink dots on the crosshatch background.
I haven’t made any yet – but I’ve been admiring these a lot. I spy farm animals – and they’re too cute!!
I can see those poofs being perfect for a kids room, or larger ones in art gallery fabrics for a livingroom. Like the green circles on light blue and the pink on the lower bottom.
I’ve been wanting to make a couple of poofs, but frankly, I’m afraid that I will fail at it. I’m looking forward to your series, and maybe even get over my fear. Cdahlgren at live dot Com
So excited to see this “series”. I wanted to make one, but was nervous to try.
Have not made a pouf, but am interested to learn how. All the scraps look good, but the low volumes would be really fun tonadd to my stash.

I am working on a floor pouf crocheted out of all my leftover wool yarns. It will be stuffed with a muslin full of fabric trimmings from quilts.
Love the pouf!
I spy polka dots and butterflies! I’d like to make a pouf!
Love the polkas! no, I’ve never tried making a pouf. Your fabric looks fun for that project.
Nice pouf! Love the fabrics you pick!
